    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry if this message is going out twice! I can't find my original message, so something might've happened to it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I attempted to transfer my number from Public Mobile to Freedom Mobile. I&amp;nbsp;received an&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;SMS from Public Mobile to validate the transfer, and then replied "Yes" within 90 minutes. 3 Hours later, after talking to Freedom Mobile, I am told that the process failed due to an issue regarding the SMS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Freedom Mobile suggested I contact Public Mobile, have them reactivate my line, and then restart the porting process. Is this possible? What are my other options?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/513128"&gt;@aalee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to contact Freedom again and have them contact PM to resend the confirmation text again. It is done between carriers to avoid any SIM swapping.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
