      <description>&lt;P&gt;you can try the following&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and select &lt;STRONG&gt;Cellular&lt;/STRONG&gt; or &lt;STRONG&gt;Mobile Data&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select your eSIM and ensure &lt;STRONG&gt;Turn On This Line&lt;/STRONG&gt; is enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;If needed, enable &lt;STRONG&gt;Data Roaming&lt;/STRONG&gt; for the eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ensure your device is connected to a stable Wi‑Fi or mobile data network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try installing or activating the eSIM again while connected to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turn &lt;STRONG&gt;Airplane Mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; on, then off, and check if your carrier appears in the status bar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restart your iPhone and check if the eSIM appears in &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Update iOS by going to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;General&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Software Update&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then install any available updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check if your iPhone is unlocked by going to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;General&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;About&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Carrier Lock&lt;/STRONG&gt;and confirming it says &lt;STRONG&gt;No SIM restrictions&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disable any VPN or remove unneeded device profiles in &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;General&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;VPN &amp;amp; Device Management&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check carrier settings in &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;General&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;About&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and update if prompted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
