The phone number is showing. Is that not your phone number? Click the pencil to change and save.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Wrong One Time Password Phone Number</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I login, it sends a one time password to the wrong phone number. I can only login by pressing "did not get code" and selecting to receive the OTP via email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The phone number in Profile is correct (ending in 450), but the number for my OTP is still wrong (ending in 021).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello @ PubMob8372,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to access the community account in My Settings-Personal-Account Information and verify if the phone number is correct. Then, on the same page, go to Manage Ever Safe ID, check here as well if the phone number is correct, if not, update it. Then log off, log in again, and check once more if you receive the code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
