It maybe too old.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your phone must be VoLTE compatible and on the PM whitelist of compatible phones due to the 3G shutdown. Here is more information on VoLTE:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte" target="_self"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Enter the IMEI of your phone to see if it is compatible. If not compatible, you need a newer phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
