i don't have access to my email account therefore i am unable to login to my public mobile account i need help!!?

If you have no access to your account, you'll need to message Customer Support using this link..

Please note that the email in your account is just the login ID. As long as the password is correct. The 2FA code will be texted to your phone so you can access your account.
