    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have gone through the trouble shooting tips and reset network settings as the chat bot suggested. Still in SOS mode. This happens frequently. What can I do? Is this something that is often a problem with Public because I may have to switch carriers if that’s common. I can’t be without my phone on a regular basis.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
