i am working at getting a number transferred to Public Mobile but i can't access my account because the phone number doesn't work so I can't get my OTP by text

To access your PM account, you can get 2FA code via email. You should see "Didn't get code" link. Click on link

Thanks but the OTP by email doesn't work because they need to confirm my phone number and it has to be sent by text which I cannot get becasue my messaging doesn't work since I tried to transfer. So I'm stuck 😞
