I pay my 15 year old son’s bill. I keep getting unknown charges but can seem to find where I can talk to anyone to find out what they are. I’ve already checked the account to see if my son is adding anything on and he isn’t how do I resolvevthis

If you can log into your account, you'll find the chatbot in the bottom-right corner to help you submit a ticket. However, the bot can be a bit finicky at times, so I've included the direct link below to help you bypass it entirely.

@Corb what the charge description? Or how much? Maybe E911 fees?
