You could also toggle airplane mode.

If that still doesn't work, you would need to contact agents directly to reprovision.

https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro Max with a physical SIM. I already switched from eSIM to physical SIM, restarted, reset network settings, checked LTE mode, checked network selection, and my phone still randomly loses service/data. I do not see a VoLTE toggle. Please reprovision my line, check VoLTE/IMS provisioning, check my SIM status, and check for TELUS tower issues in my area.

@Public-mobile69

The iPhone 11 Pro Max is VoLTE compatible with PM so no provisional is required. It should automatically work for making and receiving calls.
VoLTE does not affect data.

It seems you tried all the troubleshooting steps so contact a CS_Agent to investigate the issue.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
