      <description>&lt;P&gt;Very difficult payment system.&amp;nbsp; If your account is already suspended the quickest way to get back up and running is to purchase a Public Mobile voucher from shoppers Drug mart and load to your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
