      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you just join?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try network reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turn airplane mode, wait 1 minute, turn it off. Restart your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might need to do this several times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For physical SIM card,&amp;nbsp; if you have another phone, test it there for service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
