      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check your account if you really have service with PM.&lt;BR /&gt;Check your SIM in another phone.&lt;BR /&gt;Reboot phone... When did you join PM and did you EVER had service after joining?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you could share a few more details about what's going on, the community would love to help you track down a fix. In the meantime, if you're already an existing customer, a quick network settings reset or toggling airplane mode on and off usually does the trick for a lot of people here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
