    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I recently transferred my Public Mobile eSIM to a new device. During the process, I accidentally activated the first eSIM on my old device because I was unable to log in on my new phone at the time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;As a result, I had to purchase and issue a second eSIM to complete the transfer to my new device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Since this was not for a new phone number or an additional line, and I only needed one active eSIM for the same account, I ended up paying the eSIM fee twice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Would it be possible to receive a refund or account credit for the eSIM charges?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for your time and assistance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
