I am trying to transfer my prepaid Koodo plan to my new eSIM plan but I am unable to complete the process. Whenever I try I receive a message telling me to contact customer support.

For transfer from Koodo Prepaid, you need to get a new number first and ask PM to help the transfer after

I set up my account, but I’m still waiting for the transfer. I’m also not sure what a PM is
