try shutting down your cell, then start over.

Alternative...try to make payment using your laptop.

Other alternative...get to Canada Tire, No Thrill or Shoppers and buy payment vouchers; then dial 611 to add them to your acct for plan renewal.

Hello @woggs

Sounds like a cache issue. Go to your browser settings, enter Cache into the search, clear the cache, close the browser, re open browser and go into incognito mode. Then log in and try again. This should resolve it.
