if you are new customer, there are plans in that range

if you are existing customer, you have to check your My Account to see what are offered

If you don't mind taking a new number, you can just abandon the plan and cell number you currently have, then download the Public Mobile app to your cell to create a new account using a different email address. Buy a new esim (or get a hard sim locally first), the activate the account, select a new cell number and take the cheaper plan.

If you opt for this, make sure to go in to your current account and disable Subscribed (autopay) so you don't pay for old service.
