      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I’ve been with public for about a year now and it’s been great. However I noticed last month I actually used quite a bit of data so increased from 60GB to 100GB. My plan refreshed May 28th and it’s saying I’ve used 76 GB already in less than a week when I rarely used more than 30GB before even when streaming movies off my data and downloading. I checked the data usage by day on the Public app and it says I’ve used less than 4.5 GB since May 28th but the counter at the top says 76 GB and it sent me a notification saying I have almost used all my data. Definitely a glitch and I need it corrected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/694795"&gt;@Xavier09&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the PM app swipe down on the screen to refresh the data usage. This would be the update to date usage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please note that PM update the usage twice a day. Around noon and around midnight. PM is on a 30 days cycle and not on a monthly cycle which the phone data counter app will keep track of your usage so I wouldn’t go what it indicates.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
