I am new to PM and when service started all my contacts were gone and recent calls that remained were a total mess. I spent 2 hours on Gemini trying to fix this with no luck. What do you suggest I do next??? I was with rogers before and now can't get into their sim storage to retreive contact list

I successfully restored contact list but now I have been contacted by other means telling me all calls incoming are routed to voicemail. Please help again. Would be nice to reach a person to resolve issues. And please tell me how to retrieve voicemail
