      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Message to Public Mobile support/community:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, my eSIM is stuck in activation. I recently switched to a new iPhone, but the new device only shows “contact carrier.”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have already tried:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;eSIM transfer from nearby iPhone&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;generating a new eSIM in the app and website&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;reinstalling and restarting both phones&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The system errors out every time and no QR code is generated. My old phone still has service, but the eSIM cannot be moved or reinstalled on the new device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;reset/re-provision my eSIM on your system or reissue a fresh activation (QR or push install)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; tied to my account/IMEI.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I cannot complete activation from either the app or website due to repeated errors.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
