      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never received the physical sim card for public mobile that I ordered on May 14th,2026. Since I have been here for a month only; since I'm a visitor to Canada. I'd like to request public mobile to issue me a refund for the purchase I made.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should I wait to hear back from public mobile team or should I dispute with my credit card provider?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hanif&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You may want you dispute the charges if you return to Canada but best to ask for a refund with a CS_Agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But how did you pay for the SIM? PM only accept Canadian CC or debit cards.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
