Enable airplane mode and disable it then reboot your phone by powering off then back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that didn’t work the reset the Network settings before contacting a CS_Agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
