      <description>&lt;P&gt;What was the error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it still does not connect, go into network mode and change it to 3G first.&amp;nbsp; Wait 5 min and change it to 4G or LTE&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should also try your sim card on another phone to confirm it is not a device problem&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need PM to check and reset the account, Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)
