I have poor reception and dropped calls at my home. Telus is my internet provider and suggested I use Public Mobile Wifi. Five bars, often only 1 at best 2 showing. Please advise if that's available and how I do that. Thanks, Lilli

If you are referring to wi-fi calling, Public Mobile doesn't currently offer this.

You could try and set your phone to LTE in settings and see if that will help.

For wifi at home, you connect your phone to your internet provider's wifi.
