      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just ordered a Public Mobile plan with the physical card. I saw that the website say that the card will arrive in one or two business days. After talking to a customer service, they say that it will actually take seven to ten business days. I urgently need this sim card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, can I instead change the physical sim card to an e-sim instead?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have contacted a Piblic Mobile CS, and they say that it's not in their domain. They gave me a link. The link redirected me to an AI chatbot. The AI chatbot just goes on a loop without any solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
