      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to add one of 2 vouchers for my $50&amp;nbsp; monthly plan(each voucher was $25 each), but the other voucher&amp;nbsp; could not be added. I tried both by dialling 611 and going online through my account but it was not successful. It as been 24 hours since I've been trying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;you bought both vouchers today from the same place?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can start by asking PM support agent to confirm if the voucher is valid.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I did.&amp;nbsp; its saying my balance is $50 and my plan is $45 but its not allowing me to renew my plan?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
