Please note that international shortcode text, like 2FA text from US banks or overseas ticketing site, are not guaranteed., it is a hit or miss. Regular international text are ok but not shortcodes. It might work on some providers sometime and experience show it will broke sometime

only Canadian shortcode text found here are guaranteed
https://www.txt.ca/en/current-short-code-programs/

So, it is better to check with your overseas businesses and see if you can receive the 2FA using other ways, such as email or authenticator app

Sorry @Roseyue7 , the allowed 2FA text is administered by the Canadian Telecommunications Association, carriers cannot bypass that. Also, as said, the allowed 2FA code is meant to be by Canadian only managed and that is setup in compliance with CASL Compliance & Consent: Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)

Again, you should contact HK Ticketing and ask them if it is possible to send you the verification code using email or other means. Or a workaround is to ask a friend in HK to accept the code on behalf (of course, you will need to change to your friend's HK phone number)
