I purchased the esim plan and it told me my phone was compatible with esim but after downloading the app and trying to get the esim on my phone it said it wasn't compatible so is it possible to get a refund and just order a physical sim? or what should i do?

yes, it is possible. Either PM can send you a eSIM QR or they will ask you to buy a physcial sim from store and they will update the sim card number for you. But please ask PM first by opening ticket and they will advise

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

CS_Agent will reply to your community inbox between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun), check here:
      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage
