    <description>&lt;P&gt;please Reboot phone and reset network setting and make calls again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you still hear the silence, ask PM to refresh your account on the system.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Lately when I make an outgoing call its just silent - the screen says calling but there is no sound.&amp;nbsp; so I hang up and call again and everything is fine.&amp;nbsp; On the same note, sometimes when I get a call I cant her anything for the first 5 seconds.&amp;nbsp; I am on 5g and I have a Pixel 7.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/683061"&gt;@Jdizzle&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try Reboot phone and Reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have another phone around and if you are using physical sim, test the physical sim there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you are using eSIM, you can try with a new esim.&amp;nbsp; Get a relacement esim for free by using the app.&amp;nbsp; Go to Account page on the app and choose Purchase sim card and choose esim&lt;/P&gt;</description>
