      <description>&lt;P&gt;are you using Koodo Prepaid now? if you are, you cannot request porting yet.&amp;nbsp; you have to activate the PM service with a temporary new number.&amp;nbsp; After it is activated, you can then submit a ticket and ask PM agent to manually port over the line&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
