      <title>Pre ported number account login issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My pre ported phone number is still stuck with my account and i cannot login through the Android app as it sends verification texts to the old number. Web is fine as I can verify via email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even when checking the esim settings on my Samsung phone, it has the old pre ported number appearing. I've read that purchasing a physical sim fixes this and the esim is just a visual bug. Texts and phone calls all work correctly for ported number. Really just having issues logging in via Android app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
