I recently switched to your service. People do not receive my texts and many have trouble answering my calls.

A follow up: I receive very few texts that are sent to me, and no one receives my responses. Many also say my calls get dropped.

Can you receive calls?

Make sure your old provider sim and eSIM removed or disabled. Then Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings

But if you need PM to help, open ticket and ask them to re-provision sim

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
