    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;I have an active Public Mobile eSIM on my iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 26.5. The eSIM has no data and no cellular reception.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I discovered an issue: my cellular data network APN is set to isp.mb.com instead of sp.telus.com. I cannot manually change this on my iPhone because iOS locks eSIM APN settings — only Public Mobile can push the correct carrier configuration.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;However, I cannot access my account to request this because my EverSafe ID verification is sending codes to an old phone number I no longer have access to. I’m locked in a verification loop and cannot proceed.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I need Public Mobile to help&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/693136"&gt;@NeilNeil&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With iPhones you don’t need set the APN. It is automatic so reset the Network settings on your iPhone 12.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code sent to your email or voicemail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are still having issues login to your account.
