If you do NOT want to stay with PM just ask your bank for cashback and they will refund your CC purchase.

Be aware if you decide to come back to PM you will NOT be able to use your CC for one year.

For starters: Worst experience I've ever had with an app or tech support (lack there of).

App says phone is incompatible (phone is compatible btw - Iphone 17), and recommends I pursue a refund through the agent. The agent recommends I instead get a physical sim, or "log in" (I'm already logged in mind you) to contact public mobile - which on the app leads to a broken loading screen for a web instance inside of a web instance (terrible chat interface).

If I go on the computer to do the same, the agent provides me a link to submit a ticket (broken).

I've spent over an hour trying to receive a refund with no end in sight - as there is literally no way to contact a human that works with this company, and the AI agent doesn't know how to handle this behavior, and sends me to broken links.

Posting here for visibility - and perhaps company support. At this point I've given up my money - paid with debit and can't dispute - and can't afford to put any more time in to this horrible experience.

Was robbed by Public Mobile.

Unfortunately, PM does not have live customer service.

You can private message CS_Agent instead of submitting a ticket.

Send a private message to CSA through the following link :

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

It will take a few hours to respond.

The iPhone 17 only operates on eSIM so I don’t know why they would suggest that.

Second, this is the first time I’ve heard that an app will crack a screen unless it was dropped…hmmm strange.
