But if your issue was only from yesterday, I don't think it was related&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you check if your account is active?       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/357317"&gt;@Wooo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have a physical SIM card, you could try the SIM card in another phone. &amp;nbsp;That would help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could reboot your phone. &amp;nbsp;Network reset of phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still no service, submit a ticket for customer service agent help:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Send a ticket via the chatbot to customer service agent (CSA) via link:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will take several hours for CSA response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;P.S.
