    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/627778"&gt;@Jaxson2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM does not update the data usage constantly.&amp;nbsp; In fact, it only update it twice a day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Any entry you see is just a total usage between that timestamp and the timestamp of the previous entry&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; The early morning usage&amp;nbsp; you see on the Usage log does not mean it was used in the morning (the time when you are on Wifi and heading to bed)&amp;nbsp; but a total usage for the last 12 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, for correct usage reading,&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;always use Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to login My Account to avoid reading cached old info&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am not using my phone that much in the evening but the past few days I have usage of satay between 500mb and 1.5 gigs. And this is the time I still am on my wifi and then heading to bed. I have used 15 of 20 gigs now and not even half of my month yet!! Any help is appreciated before I try to contact customer service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
