These are not private forums.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turn your phone's airplane mode on for a minute, then turn it off and reboot your phone.       <description>&lt;P&gt;do you see blank page or it gives you option to choose a new plan or so?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;use browser with Incognito mode and try again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you need PM to help,&amp;nbsp; Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
