    <description>&lt;P&gt;if you use Change Now option to make the change, PM will charge you new plan immediately&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you should have used Change on Renewal option&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but if you make a plan change of the first day of the renewal of old plan, PM generally can help.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
