    <description>&lt;P&gt;What do you do when the system won’t let you submit a ticket??? I’ve tried 3 times now, and it says submission error??? Everything is filled out, no empty fields. I need help as I have an account but NO service for 2 days!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try reboot phone and Reset Network Settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For support ticket, Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
