Submitting a ticket

What do you do when the system won’t let you submit a ticket??? I’ve tried 3 times now, and it says submission error??? Everything is filled out, no empty fields. I need help as I have an account but NO service for 2 days!!!

Try reboot phone and Reset Network Settings

For support ticket, Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
