    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My service was working until yesterday but suddenly stopped.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have not changed my payment method.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I try to resubscribe, it says my promotion will be removed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I believe my account was paused or deactivated by mistake.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would like to keep my current promotion if possible.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It might be that your regular plan renewal failed...autopay does occasionally glitch. If you remember your Public Mobile pin number, you should be able to pay and resume service by dialing 611. If you can use the app, log in to your account to see current plan status as well. You'll be able to pay and resume service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;They told me on the phone that the credit card payment couldn’t be processed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I haven’t changed my card, and there is enough money in the account, so I don’t understand why it didn’t go through.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It has been working the same way for the past four months…&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it has expired then you need to make a manual payment with the new CC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
