      <description>&lt;P&gt;Returned from overseas to Vancouver, and Public Mobile does not connect.&amp;nbsp; I used other sim cards while travelling.&amp;nbsp; Public Mobile SIM is now reinserted and turned on.&amp;nbsp; My phone has dual SIM. It is Samsung S23.&amp;nbsp; I have rebooted phone, switched airplane mode on and off, reinserted Public Mobile SIM, etc.&amp;nbsp; Nothing works.&amp;nbsp; My Account is active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My home WiFi works on the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would appreciate help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
