      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/690708"&gt;@Kcsp&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;with existing&amp;nbsp; subscribers, you can only choose plans available on your My Account.&amp;nbsp; Downgrade is possible but you will have less choices as there are more plans reserved for new activation only&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;choose the cheapest you can get first, and wait another month and you could see cheaper plans.&amp;nbsp; But generally, you won't see plans less than $29&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can change your plan to plans available on your account ONLY!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If desired plan is NOT visible on your account that means it is NOT available to you and even talking to agent you cannot get it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some plans are available to NEW customers only and sometimes some nice plan are offered to existing customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Your only option is to port out to another carrier then port back as a new member. This is a bit of hassle so I would keep your current plan and check your account for lower plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
