      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not in Manitoba - in Ontario.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have rebooted phone several time and have reset network settings. No help. I have sent in a request for help. Hope they will reply soon, thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
