If you're looking to delete your PM account, you can either port your number to another service, which it auto deletes your account. You can also log in and go turn off autopay under the payment section. If you turn that off, it closes at the 90 day mark.

Thanks. I ported the number but surprisingly the account still seems to be alive. Looks like I'll have to wait it out.

if you ported out but the account still active, then the port was not completed.
