Does text/data work ? If not, log in to your account to see if its active or maybe been suspended due to failed autopay renewal.

Look in settings to make sure your Public Mobile esim is set as the primary active.

if you want, you can use the app to log in to your Public Mobile acct and buy a new esim...it'll likely be a free purchase if old esim is at least 15 days old.
