    <description>&lt;P&gt;Any time my phone dies/is shut off, when it turns on I have service issues. I’ve never experienced this with other service providers. I’ve had to put a ticket in for this same issue at least 2 times. My phone says I have “PE” service, but no “PR” service. I can receive texts, but cannot send any.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try Reboot phone and Reset network&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have Android, you can uninstall Google Message and reinstall after&amp;nbsp; rebooting the phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
