      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just signed up for a public mobile account. 226-3xx-xxxx. My eSIM disappeared shortly afterwards. I still had my original eSIM on my phone, when I switched back to it for a multi factor authentication, my new public mobile one disappeared. I will no longer use use my original eSIM, and now need a new eSIM from public mobile. Can you please resend me a new QR code for an eSIM? I do not want to pay another $5 for an eSIM, since I just paid for one a few minutes ago. Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit by Dunkman: removed personal information&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I will try to escalate to CSA_PM and they should private message you within 1 hour.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If I try to get a new one on my own, it would charge me $5. Since I just bought one, I hope the agent will agree that paying again isn't necessary.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
