    <description>&lt;P&gt;you didn't earn any rewards at all? not friend referrals or the 2% from spending?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it might be just app or browser cache.&amp;nbsp; Best to check again using browser with Incognito mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you really don't see any reward points added, ask PM to check&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. If they ported out then you will no longer receive reward points for them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
