      <description>&lt;P&gt;what phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you sure mobile data is enabled?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did you try Reboot phone and Reset network settings?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if physical sim, test on another phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you need PM to check and re-provision the account, you will need to send proper ticket.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Simply&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.
