      <title>Activation Problems</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On Sat. April 25, I set up this account.&amp;nbsp; During the activation process, I was only able to get to step 1, the Payment process, which charged my credit card.&amp;nbsp; I was unable to get any further and as such abandoned this activation process, not knowing how to get Support for such an issue.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I proceeded to set up a second account, &lt;A href="mailto:yamenhammouda35@gmail.com," target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;***@***,&lt;/A&gt; whose activation process was successful and I have been able to use the services since April 25.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to cancel this account and ask Public Mobile to refund the charge for $33.90 to my credit card since this account was never used.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your help is appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yamen&lt;/P&gt;</description>
