If it was a replacement esim , you should message Customer Support by clicking the orange chat bubble on lower right side to start the process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that fails, use this link instead...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
